Wells Fargo appoints Steve Black as new Chairman of its Board of Directors

– USA, CA –  Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) today announced the election of Steve Black as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately, succeeding Charles Noski who will retire as chairman and a board member. Noski has stepped down as chairman, and he will remain as a director until he retires on Sept. 30, 2021.
