Water Ways Technologies appoints Jay Richardson to its Board of Directors

– CANADA, Toronto –  Water Ways Technologies Inc. (TSX: WWT) today announced the appointment of Jay Richardson to its board of directors.

Mr. Richardson will be replacing Adam Szweras, who has served on the board of WWT since the RTO in March of 2019. WWT, its CEO, and its Board of Directors wish to thank Mr. Szweras for his hard work and efforts during WWT’s going public transaction as well as for his ongoing support to WWT.

About Jay Richardson

Mr. Richardson is a Canadian Chartered Accountant, a Singapore Certified Public Accountant and a Fellow of the Insolvency Practitioners’ Association of the United Kingdom. He has practised as a Partner of Clarkson Gordon Arthur Young and a Partner of KPMG prior to establishing his own practice as a company doctor in Toronto in 1993. He has served as the CEO or Chairman of listed public companies on six occasions and in many other CFO and private company situations. He has extensive public company governance experience from over a dozen Board memberships including serving as Interim Chairman of the Argus Corporation. In his very extensive charitable and community activities, he is most commonly associated with the visual arts, having served among others as the Chairman of the Royal Canadian Academy.
