– BELGIUM, Brussels – Viohalco SA (EBR: VIO) today announced the co-optation of Patrick Kron to its Board of Directors, and the appointments of Evangelos Moustakas as Executive Vice-President and Ippokratis Ioannis Stasinopoulos as new CEO and member of the Executive Management, effective immediately.
This announcement follows the death of Jacques Moulaert, Executive Vice-President.
