– VIETNAM, Ho Chi Minh City – Vietnam Enterprise Investments Limited (LON: VEIL) today announced the election of current Independent Non-Executive Director Sarah Arkle as Chair of the Board of Directors, to replace Gordon Lawson who will step down from the Board and as Chair on 30 June 2024.
The company also announced that Vi Peterson shall replace Entela Benz-Saliasi as the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1 November 2023.
