Veolia North America appoints Matt Madeksza as new CEO

– USA, MA –  Veolia North America (ADR: VEOEY), a subsidiary of the french leader group, Veolia Environnement (EPA: VIE), today announced that Matt Madeksza, an established business leader with more than 20 years of experience in business development and industrial expertise, has been named President and CEO, succeeding interim President and CEO, Brian Clarke who will remain with the company to lead and support its strategic growth strategy.

Madeksza’s appointment as President and CEO of Veolia North America was announced by the Paris-based Veolia group, the world’s leading provider of optimized resource management. VNA, which operates in the U.S. and Canada, is a subsidiary of the Veolia group.

About Matt Madeksza

Madeksza, who earlier held leadership positions with Boeing and United Technologies Corp., has spent the past 14 years with Saint-Gobain Corp. leading global businesses in Performance Plastics, Abrasives, and Construction Products. In 2017, Matt joined Saint-Gobain’s CertainTeed Corp., where he led the Insulation Products Group and Roofing Products Group.
