– UK, London – Value and Indexed Property Income Trust PLC (LON: VIP) announced the appointment of Lorraine Reader to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1 August 2024.
Lorraine Reader will also join the Audit and Management Engagement and Nomination Committees.
Lorraine Reader is a Partner and head of the London real estate team at legal firm DLA Piper UK LLP.
