– USA, TX – Valify today announced that Chuck Lyles, previous president of Perot Systems Healthcare Group and current CEO of GuideIT, has been elected to Valify’s board of directors.
Lyles was president of Perot Systems Healthcare Group for 10 years prior to the acquisition by Dell where he served as an executive there for the following 3 years. In early 2014, Lyles was tapped to become the Chief Executive Officer of a new Perot-backed venture called GuideIT.

Lyles has more than 30 years of experience in business development and operations management with EDS, Perot Systems, Dell, and now GuideIT. At Dell, Chuck focused on business expansion of the combined Dell and Perot Systems capabilities with solving business issues facing Healthcare, Federal Government, and Education organizations globally. Prior to Dell, Chuck spent more than 20 years at Perot Systems and President of the healthcare division for 10 years. As President, Chuck helped lead the organization in rapid expansion to become recognized as the worldwide leader of technology and business solutions.
