– ITALY, Milan – UniCredit SpA (BIT: UGC) today announced that its Board of Directors unanimously nominated Andrea Orcel as designated CEO to replace the outgoing CEO, Jean Pierre Mustier. Andrea Orcel has also been included in the list for the renewal of the Board of Directors to be presented for approval at the upcoming AGM on April 15, 2021.
