– UKRAINE, Kyiv – Ukrproduct Group Limited (LON: UKR), one of the leading Ukrainian producers and distributors of branded dairy foods and beverages, announced the appointment of Rinat Abdrasilov to its Board as independent non-executive Chairman, effective from 1 September 2024.
About Rinat Abdrasilov
Rinat Abdrasilov, a British citizen and currently a director at JSC Ukrposhta, the national postal operator of Ukraine, is a strategy professional with extensive corporate leadership experience. He has a strong track record in corporate governance, investor relations, and business transformation, as well as training across project management and finance. Rinat’s recent non-executive director and advisory roles include at a bank, a housing association, an international software company, a UK government trust, and a range of charities and associations internationally. He has extensive experience working with executive board members, chairing committees, and optimizing overall board performance.
Rinat Abdrasilov is a graduate of the American University of Central Asia with a degree in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Cambridge.
