Before joining Walmart in 2020, Donna Morris spent more than 17 years at Adobe, where she held a variety of leadership roles, including serving as chief human resources officer (CHRO) and executive vice president of employee experience. Through her exemplary leadership, Morris was named to the inaugural Forbes Future of Work 50 list and Mass Market Retailer’s Most Influential Women in Retailing list. She has also been recognized by Human Resource Executive as a Top 100 HR Tech Influencer.
