– UK, Marlbrook – UK Mortgages Ltd announces the appointment of Helen Green as an independent non-executive director of the Company, effective 16 June 2016.
Helen Green (age 53) is a chartered accountant and she has been employed by Saffery Champness, a UK top 20 firm of charted accountants since 1984. She qualified in 1988, and became a partner in the London office in 1997. Since 2000 she has been based in the Guernsey office where she is Client Liaison Director, responsible for trust and company administration.
Commenting on the appointment of Helen Green, Chris Waldron (non-executive chairman) said: “My fellow directors and I are very pleased to welcome Helen to the UKML Board. She has extensive experience, particularly in relation to fund accounts, and we look forward to working with her.”
