About Jean F. Rankin
Jean Rankin has served on the board of InterDigital, Inc., a mobile, video, and AI technology R&D company, since 2010, and was also a director at Resonant Inc. until its acquisition in 2022. She previously held senior executive roles, including EVP, General Counsel, and Secretary at LSI Corporation, where she oversaw legal, IP licensing, and stock administration. Her experience also includes key roles at Agere Systems and Lucent Technologies, focusing on mergers, securities, and labor law.

Jean Rankin earned a BA from the University of Virginia and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania.

Bob Tirva brings over 30 years of experience across the tech sector, with prior executive roles at IBM, Broadcom, Dropbox, and Intermedia Cloud Communications. Most recently, he served as President, COO, and CFO of Sonim Technologies. He sits on the boards of POET Technologies and Skyworks Aeronautics, and previously served on the boards of Costar Technologies and Resonant Inc.
