– UK, London – Tullett Prebon plc (LSE:TLPR), is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Baddeley as Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Paul Mainwaring who is standing down after nearly ten years as Group Finance Director.
Andrew will also join the board of Tullett Prebon plc as an Executive Director with effect from 13 May 2016.
Andrew has 28 years of experience in financial services organisations operating in the UK and internationally. He was previously CFO at Brit Insurance Group, the Lloyd’s-based insurance group owned by private equity that listed on the London Stock Exchange following a successful IPO in 2014. Prior to this, Andrew spent 5 years as Group Finance Director at Atrium, a Lloyd’s insurer. His previous experience includes holding senior financial positions at General Re, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway. His early career was spent at EY and PwC. He is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
The appointment of Mr Baddeley as an executive officer of the Company is with immediate effect.
