– UK, Edinburgh – Troy Income & Growth Trust Plc (LON: TIGT) today announced the election of Bridget Guerin to its Board as a non-executive Director and Chair effective immediately, succeeding David Warnock who retired from the Board at the AGM today.
Bridget Guerin is currently a non-executive Director of Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc and Invesco Perpetual UK Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc, and previously held the position of Chair of Schroder Income Growth Fund plc. Bridget has held senior positions as marketing director at Ivory & Sime plc and Schroders and was managing director of Matrix Money Management Limited. She is also Chair of York Racecourse and trustee of the York Racecourse Pension Fund.
