– UK, Haywards Heath – Tritax Big Box REIT plc (LON: BBOX) today announced the appointment of Alastair Hughes as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.
Mr. Hughes has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since February 2019 and is a member of the Nomination and Management Engagement Committees.
As previously announced, Aubrey Adams has been appointed as Chairman of the Company following Sir Richard Jewson’s retirement after today’s AGM.
As a result, Mr. Adams has also been appointed as Chair of the Nomination Committee and will step down as a member of the Audit & Risk Committee with immediate effect.
