Tritax Big Box REIT announces Kirsty Wilman to join its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, Haywards Heath –  Tritax Big Box REIT plc (LON: BBOX) announced the appointment of Kirsty Wilman to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 September 2024, bringing a wealth of experience having held senior operations and finance roles in the real estate industry.

Kirsty Wilman will join the Audit & Risk and Management Engagement Committees.

About Kirsty Wilman

Kirsty Wilman is the outgoing COO of the real estate team at Federated Hermes, a role held since 2023. She joined Hermes Fund Managers in 2010 and held several finance and operations roles, including Business Director and Finance Director across Real Estate and Private Markets with responsibility for coordinating all legal, compliance, finance, and operations support for private credit and real estate portfolios, business strategy and supporting the fund managers.

A Chartered Accountant by training, Kirsty Wilman was at Ernst and Young in Audit and Assurance, between 2005 and 2010, working with real estate and entrepreneurial clients. She began her career at Kingston Smith LLP from 2002 to 2005. She also holds the CFA Investment Management Certificate.

Kirsty Wilman has previously held a role as a Non-Executive Director of Real Estate Balance, the industry body campaigning for equity, diversity, and inclusion.
