– UK – Tricorn Group plc (AIM: TCN.L), the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Moss as Non-Executive Chairman with effect from 1 December 2014.
Mr Moss is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in international engineering groups specialising in aviation, automotive and power electronics products, and advanced composite materials. He joined the Tricorn board on 3 November 2014.
He takes over the role from Nick Paul CBE, who announced at the AGM, his intention to step down from his role as Non-Executive Chairman and to retire from the Board at the end of the current financial year. Nick Paul will remain on the Board as a Non-Executive Director until 31 March 2015.
