Tricorn Group announces Andrew Moss to the Board as upcoming Non-Executive Director

– UK – Tricorn Group plc (AIM: TCN.L), the AIM listed tube manipulation specialist, is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Moss as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 3 November 2014.

Mr Moss is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years’ experience in international engineering groups specialising in aviation, automotive and power electronics products, and advanced composite materials.   

Mr Moss’ early career was spent with BTR/Invensys Plc managing a number of international manufacturing businesses, culminating in the post of Chief Executive of a division with sales of approximately £300 million per year and responsibility for the development of a strategy for the Power Systems division.

More recently, Mr Moss spent 13 years with Umeco Plc, five years of which was spent as a main board Director, resulting in his appointment as Chief Executive in 2011.  Over this time, Mr Moss led a transformation programme resulting in the takeover of Umeco in July 2012 valuing the group at £274 million.
