– UK, London – Trainline plc (LON: TRN) today announced the appointment of Rakhi Goss-Custard to its Board as Independent Non-Executive Director at the forthcoming AGM.
Rakhi Goss-Custard is currently a Non-executive Director at Rightmove plc, Kingfisher plc, and Schroders plc. Rakhi was previously a Non-executive Director of Intu Properties plc and Aim-listed Be Heard plc.
Rakhi will join the Remuneration Committee as its Chair and the Nomination and Audit and Risk Committees as a member.

Rakhi brings considerable expertise on customer experience and innovation at high growth tech businesses having spent 12 years at Amazon and deep knowledge from her subsequent roles as a non-executive director on other plc boards and committees,” said Board chair, Brian McBride.
Concurrently, Kjersti Wiklund will not seek re-election at the AGM and will step down from the Board.
