Tradeweb Markets welcomes Murray Roos to its Board of Directors

– USA, NY –  Tradeweb Markets Inc. (NASDAQ: TW), a leading, global operator of electronic marketplaces for rates, credit, equities, and money markets, today announced the appointment of Murray Roos to its Board of Directors, effective March 19, 2021, succeeding Debra Walton, who will be stepping down from the board.

Murray Roos is Group Head of Capital Markets, London Stock Exchange Group plc and a member of the group’s executive committee. Before joining LSEG in 2020, Mr. Roos was Global Co-Head of Equities at Citigroup and previously led the bank’s Multi-Asset Structuring Group. He joined Citi in 2015 from Deutsche Bank, where he held several management and trading roles, and before that, he was a trader at UBS. Mr. Roos earned a BSc in Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
