– CANADA, Toronto – Tintina Mines Limited (TSX: TTS) announced the appointment of Cesar Garrido to its Board of Directors effective from October 18, 2024.
Concurrently, Ricardo Landeta resigned from the Board, effective October 18, 2024.
About César Garrido
César Garrido has more than 20 years of experience in the copper and iron ore mining industry. During his career, among others, he acted as GM of Cía. Siderúrgica Huachipato, Operations Manager at Cía. Minera del Pacífico and Operations Manager of Concentrator at Cía Minera Doña Inés de Collahuasi. His areas of expertise are Automation, Risk Management, Asset Management, and Operational Excellence, with a focus on reducing variability and sustainably optimizing businesses. He holds the position of Operational Excellence Manager at the Rassmuss Group Companies.
César Garrido received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and his degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Concepción.
