– UK – Threadneedle UK Select Trust Limited announces that Mr Derek Maltwood and Mr Graham Ross Russell have today tendered their resignations with effect from 31 December 2013 and these resignations have been accepted by the Board of directors.
The Company also announces that Mrs Sally-Ann (known as Susie) Farnon has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 12 December 2013.
Mrs Farnon will sit on the Audit Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Management Engagement and Remuneration Committee.
Jim Le Pelley, non-executive Chairman of the Company said: “We will miss the considerable contributions to Board meetings by Derek and Graham, but are delighted to be welcoming Susie to the Board. Her background in accountancy and her broad experience of investment companies make Susie a valuable addition to the Board.”
