Stuckey will be a Class III Director and serve on the Nominating and Governance Committee. She brings over 30 years of leadership at retail and consumer goods companies including Walmart and Hanesbrands. She also comes with a wealth of knowledge spanning merchandising P&L, a $40B+ private brand portfolio, product development leadership, and deep global sourcing and supply chain expertise.
About Charles Tyson
Tyson joins the Board as a Class I Director and will serve on the Culture and Compensation Committee. He is currently the CEO and President of LL Flooring and a member of its Board of Directors. He has been with the company since 2018, serving as interim President and Chief Customer Experience Officer. Before LL Flooring, Tyson held various leadership roles at Advance Auto Parts in the areas of merchandising, marketing, and supply chain, as well as Office Max and Office Depot.
