– USA, TX – Tesla, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSLA) announced the appointment of Jack Hartung to its Board of Directors, effective June 1, 2025.
About Jack Hartung
Jack Hartung joined Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. in 2002, serving in various leadership roles. Most recently, he has been President and Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing strategic initiatives. Previously, as Chief Financial and Administrative Officer, he managed finance, accounting, supply chain, safety, and asset protection.
During his 20+ years at Chipotle, Jack Hartung drove significant growth, expanding the chain to over 3,700 restaurants across the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Kuwait, and the United Arab Emirates. His financial leadership earned him the “CFO of the Year” award from the Orange County Business Journal and recognition as Best CFO in the restaurant sector by Institutional Investor.
Effective June 1, 2025, Jack Hartung will retire from his executive role at Chipotle and transition to a senior advisor position. He also serves on the Boards of Directors for Portillo’s Inc., The Honest Company, Inc., and Zocdoc, Inc.
