– USA, TX – Tenet Healthcare Corporation (NYSE: THC) today announced the election of CEO Dr. Saum Sutaria (M.D.) to the additional position of Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately, succeeding Senator Robert Kerrey, who will transition to Lead Director.
Dr. Sutaria has served as CEO since September 2021 and as a member of the Board of Directors since 2020. Formerly, he served as the COO.
