Ted Baker announces Andrew Jennings to its Board as independent Non-Executive Director

– UK – Ted Baker Plc, the British lifestyle brand, is delighted to announce the appointment of international retailer Andrew Jennings to the Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st February 2014.

Andrew was most recently Chief Executive Officer of the Karstadt Group in Germany and prior to this has held a number of senior executive positions at leading UK and international retailers including Saks Fifth Avenue in the USA; Holt Renfrew in Canada; Harrods and House of Fraser in the UK; and Brown Thomas in Ireland.  He has also recently been appointed as the senior retail adviser to the Myers department store group in Australia.

Andrew will be appointed to the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees after a suitable period of induction with the Company.
