– UK, London – TClarke plc (LON: CTO), the Building Services Group, today announced the appointment of Jonathan Hook to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1st July 2021. He will also be joining the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees.
“I am delighted that Jonathan has agreed to join the TClarke Board. He has a very high profile within the industry and brings a wealth of experience that will be invaluable as we strive to achieve our £500m revenue target.” said Board Chairman, Iain McCusker.
The company also announced that Peter Maskell has been appointed as Senior Independent Director and Louise Dier becomes Audit Committee Chair.

Jonathan Hook has been a partner with PwC for 25 years and is currently the global leader of the Engineering & Construction practice. Jonathan is responsible for relationships with many of the leading UK engineering and construction groups with a focus on assurance over financial reporting, control environment, and supporting equity fundraisings and major acquisitions. He retires from PwC on 30th June 2021.
Jonathan Hook is a well known and respected figure in the industry speaking at many industry events. He has been a judge for several industry awards including the Building Awards and Women in Construction awards.
