TBC Bank Group appoints Tsira Kemularia to its Board as Independent Director

– UK, London –  TBC Bank Group PLC (LON: TBCG) today announced the appointment of Tsira Kemularia to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 15 February 2024.

Tsira Kemulari will also join the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee, and be appointed to the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee of the Supervisory Board of JSC TBC Bank.
