– UK, Wycombe – Taylor Wimpey plc (LON: TW) today announced the appointment of current Senior Independent Director, Rob Noel as the next Chair of the Board of Directors, to succeed Irene Dorner who will be stepping down as Board Chair at the 2023 AGM on 27 April 2023, but will remain as a Non-Executive Director.

About Robert Noel
Rob joined the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director in October 2019 and subsequently became the Senior Independent Director in April 2020. He has over 30 years of experience in the property sector, including eight years as the CEO of Land Securities Group PLC. Rob is also Chair of Hammerson plc.
