At Masergy, he led the deeply customer-centric company through a product, go-to-market, and operations transformation. Before joining Masergy, Parker served as chief customer officer for Tata Communications, a leading global digital infrastructure provider, where he was accountable for $2 billion+ in global revenue across 7,000 customers served by 2,000 employees. Before that, Parker held senior leadership roles with CenturyLink and Microsoft.
