– UK, Sutton – Subsea 7 S.A. (OSLO: SUBC, | OTC: SUBCY | FRA: SOCA) today announced the nomination of Louisa Siem for election to its Board as a Non-Executive Director at the AGM to be held on 4 June 2021.
Louisa Siem has been selected by Siem Industries S.A. by the terms of the relationship agreement between Siem Industries and the Company. The appointment of the Siem Industries nominee will not result in a majority of the Board being non-independent and is in line with the Board’s commitment to gender diversity, which includes having at least one female director on the Board.
