SThree announces Sanjeevan Bala to join its Board as Independent Director

– UK, London –  SThree plc (LON: STEM), the only global specialist talent partner focused on roles in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics, today announced the appointment of Sanjeevan Bala to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 25 April 2024.

Sanjeevan Bala will join the Audit & Risk, Nominations, and Remuneration Committees.

Sanjeevan Bala has extensive experience driving customer-centric technology transformation, having most recently been responsible for driving the digital data and AI transformation of the UK’s largest commercial broadcaster and media company, ITV plc as the Group Chief Data and AI Officer. Before this, Sanjeevan was Head of Data Science at Channel 4 and held senior roles at Clear Cell Group and Dunhumby, a global leader in Customer Data Science.

Sanjeevan Bala is currently a Non-Executive Director and the Designated Workforce Engagement NED at Bakkavor Group plc, Co-Chair of the Chief Data and AI Office Board at Evanta, a Gartner Company, and on the Advisory Board of DataIQ.
