Stelrad Group announces Katherine Innes Ker to join its Board as Senior Independent Director

– UK, Newcastle Upon Tyne –  Stelrad Group plc (LON: SRAD) today announced the appointment of Katherine Innes Ker to its Board as Senior Independent Director effective on 1st February 2024.

Katherine brings significant listed company board experience in a Non-Executive capacity, and her appointment will further strengthen the Board.” said Board Chair, Bob Ellis.

Katherine Innes Ker will also join the Nomination Committee as Chair and the Remuneration and Audit & Risk Committees as a member.
