About Michael Britti

Michael Britti joins the board with deep leadership experience in identifying and executing growth opportunities at real estate and technology companies. He is currently the leader of MAB Strategic Advisors and SVP of Mirasol Capital, an investment firm pursuing opportunities in real estate, technology, and entertainment. Before Mirasol Capital, Britti spent 13 years at RealPage, a leading global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry, in leadership positions including President – Operations Management and EVP, M&A.

About Dr. Shirley Collad

Dr. Shirley Collad brings extensive administrative experience in the higher education sector, both at private and public institutions and through her leadership of related not-for-profit organizations. She is nationally recognized for her innovative approaches to improving student access and success in higher education. She currently serves as President and CEO of College Track, a comprehensive college completion program that supports first-generation college students from underserved communities confronting systemic barriers to earning a bachelor’s degree. Before College Track, Dr. Collado served as the President of Ithaca College, where she became the first person of color to serve as president and the first Dominican American in the United States to serve as president of a four-year institution. Dr. Collado has held several senior leadership positions at additional colleges and universities including Rutgers University – Newark, Middlebury College, and Lafayette College.
