– SOUTH AFRICA, Johannesburg – Standard Bank Group (JSE: SBK / LON: 68IG) announced the appointment of Sola David-Borha to the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Group and the Standard Bank of South Africa Limited effective from 13 March 2024.
About Olusola Adejoke David-Borha
Sola David-Borha holds a BSc. (Hons) (University of Ibadan, Nigeria), MBA (University of Manchester,) and AMP (Harvard Business School). She is a non-executive director of Stanbic IBTC Holdings Plc and will remain a non-executive director of Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, United Kingdom until May 2024.
Ms David-Borha was previously employed by the Group and served as CEO for Africa Regions until her retirement in March 2021.
