– USA, NY – The Staffing Group, Ltd, (OTCBB:TSGL) announced that Brent Callais was appointed to the Board of Directors.

Mr. Callais, age 33, is currently the CEO of EmployUS, has an extensive economic development track record in both the private and public sector including job creation and preservation. Prior to EmployUS, Brent served as southeast regional manager for one of the nation’s largest staffing companies, overseeing the company’s response to the BP oil spill and the deployment of more than a thousand workers per day. Prior to that, he served as corporate lobbyist for the oil and gas industry where he secured more than $300 million worth of Economic Development Grants, creating more than 3,000 jobs.
He has testified before Congress on behalf of small businesses, and is an active philanthropist and community leader focused on education and economic development. Brent graduated from Nicholls State University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and History. He was also inducted into the Nicholls State University Hall of Fame.
