– UK, Birmingham – St. Modwen Properties PLC (LSE:SMP), the UK’s leading regeneration specialist, is pleased to confirm the appointment of Richard Mully as Senior Independent Director with effect from 1st December 2013. As announced on 16th July 2013, it was the Board’s intention to appoint Richard, who joined the Board on 1st September 2013, as Senior Independent Director following a suitable induction process.
