– USA, NC – SPX Corporation (NYSE: SPXC) today announced the nomination of Angel Shelton Willis, Vice-President, General Counsel & Secretary for Sealed Air Corporation, for election to its Board of Directors at its next AGM to be held on May 11, 2021, expanding the Board to nine members.
