– UK, Marlow – Softcat plc (LON: SCT), a leading UK provider of IT infrastructure technology and services, today announced the appointment of current CFO Graham Charlton as CEO effective from 1 August 2023, to succeed Graeme Watt who will become Non-Executive Chair.
With effect from 1 August 2023, current Non-Executive Chair, Martin Hellawell will step down from the Board.
“Graeme and Graham are the best people to lead the Company and we all look forward to working with them when they assume their new roles in August 2023,” said Karen Slatford, Chair of the Nomination Committee and Senior Independent Director.
