Snowflake welcomes Steve Burke to its Board of Directors

– USA, MT –  Snowflake (NYSE: SNOW), the Data Cloud company, today announced the appointment of Steve Burke to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

“We’re delighted to have Steve join Snowflake’s Board of Directors. Steve’s highly respected leadership tenure in the media industry combined with his credentials as an accomplished executive will bring valuable perspective to the Snowflake Board,” said Chairman and CEO, Frank Slootman.

The company also announced that John McMahon would step down from the board after the AGM on July 5.

About Steve B. Burke

Mr. Burke had a long career in the media business, most recently serving as CEO of NBCUniversal. Prior to that, he was President of Comcast Cable and COO of Comcast Corporation. Mr. Burke currently resides in Bozeman, Montana, where he runs a Madison Valley Partners private investment firm. Mr. Burke currently serves on the boards of directors of J.P. Morgan Chase and Berkshire Hathaway.
