Snap welcomes Patrick Spence to its Board of Directors

– USA, CA –  Snap Inc. (NYSE: SNAP) today announced the appointment of Patrick Spence to its Board of Directors, effective from September 14, 2023.

About Patrick Spence

Patrick Spence has served as CEO and member of the board of directors of Sonos, Inc. since January 2017. Prior to joining Sonos, Mr. Spence spent 14 years at Research In Motion Limited, a consumer electronics company and the developer of the BlackBerry device, in a variety of senior roles, including most recently as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Global Sales and Regional Marketing.
