East Africa – Shanta Gold Limited, the East African focused gold producing company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Robin Fryer as an independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Mr. Fryer will also be appointed as chair of the Company’s audit committee.
Robin has had a long and distinguished career with Deloitte where he was the lead partner of the Deloitte Mining Industry.
