Serica Energy announces Martin Copeland to join its Board as Executive Director and CFO

– UK, Aberdeen –  Serica Energy plc (LON: SQZ), a British independent upstream oil and gas company, today announced the appointment of Martin Copeland to its Board of Directors as an Executive Director and CFO effective in the New Year, to replace Andy Bell who will step down from his role.

Martin has worked in oil & gas financing and advisory roles across several investment banks for more than 30 years.
