– UK, Hook – Serco Group PLC (LON: SRP), the international provider of services to governments, today announced the appointment of Tim Lodge to its Board as a Non-Executive Director and a member of the Group Audit, Group Risk and Remuneration Committees, effective from 21 February 2021.
“I am very pleased to welcome Tim to the Board of Serco. He has a wealth of financial experience and a strong track record in driving commercial performance, as well as delivering strategic change and restructuring to support longer term investment and growth; he will be a very welcome addition to the Board.” said Non-Executive Chairman, Sir Roy Gardner.
He will replace John Rishton as chair of the Audit Committee when John Rishton succeeds Sir Roy Gardner as chair of the Company on 21 April 2021.

Having recently stepped down as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Aryzta AG, he is currently a Non-Executive Director of FTSE 250 SSP Group plc, the leading operator of food and beverage concessions in travel locations, and a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Arco Limited, the family-owned supplier of safety wear and equipment.
