– UK, Edinburgh – Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC (LON: SMT) today announced that its current Senior Independent Director Justin Dowley will succeed Fiona McBain as Chair of the Board of Directors with effect from the 2023 AGM.
Concurrently, Professor Patrick Maxwell would succeed Justin Dowley as the Senior Independent Director;
The company also announced that Professor Paola Subacchi and Fiona McBain will retire from the Board at the 2023 AGM.
