– UK, London – Schroder Real Estate Investment Trust Limited (LON: SREI) today announced the appointment of Priscilla Davies to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director, with immediate effect.

Priscilla Davies will also join the Audit, Nomination, and Management Engagement Committees.
About Priscilla Davies
Priscilla Davies has over 25 years of financial services experience across a range of sectors including asset management and alternative investments covering real estate, private equity, infrastructure, and renewables. She is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair at UBS Asset Management UK Ltd, Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit and Risk at Cubico Sustainable Investments, and Non-Executive Director with various Chair positions at Embark Group Limited and its regulated subsidiaries.
Priscilla Davies previously held various senior positions at Janus Henderson, most latterly as MD of the Private Equity business. She is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
