Scholium Group announces David Harland to its Board of Directors as Chairman

– UK, London –  Scholium Group plc (LON: SCHO) today announced the appointment of David Harland to its Board of Directors as Chairman to succeed Jasper Allen who has decided to retire from the Company on 8 November 2021.

David Harland is an experienced Chairman and CEO in both public and private arenas. He is currently Chairman and a director of One PLM Ltd, a CAD/CAM software business, part-owned by BGF Group Plc, is a mentor for Imperial College in their Imperial Venture Mentor Services group and was, until 2017, a partner of Lyceum Capital Partners. He has been involved with a wide number of businesses over the past forty years, specializing in performance and growth improvement.
