About Adriana Karaboutis
Andi Karaboutis is currently a non-executive director of Aon plc and Perrigo Company plc having previously been a non-executive director of Aspen Technology, Inc. and Advance Auto Parts, Inc.
Andi Karaboutis brings extensive experience as a commercial business leader and over three decades of technology leadership across several industries including energy, biopharma, tech, and automotive during which she drove technology initiatives throughout complex organizations. Most recently she was Chief Information and Digital Officer and an Executive Board member at National Grid plc, having previously been EVP of Technology, Business Solutions, and Corporate Affairs at biotech company, Biogen (2014-17). Before this, she was Global CIO of Dell and from 2004-2010 an Executive Director of General Motors Company, initially as Global Manufacturing and Information Officer, Labor Relations and latterly as Global Purchasing and Information Officer, Supply Chain.
