– UK, Saint Helier – Sancus Lending Group Limited (LON: LEND) today announced the appointment of Tracy Clarke to its Board as a non-executive director, effective immediately, replacing Nicholas Wakefield who has resigned from the Board as the Somerston Group representative effective 8 March 2022.
The Somerston group of companies is the Company’s largest shareholder and has the right to nominate one individual for appointment to the Board of the Company.
Ms. Clarke has also joined the Audit and Risk Committee and the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
About Tracy Clarke
Tracy Clarke joined Somerston in 2016 and acts as the group COO. Ms. Clarke is also the Managing Director of Carlton Management Services Limited, a licensed Jersey trust company business. Ms. Clarke is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds the CISI Investment Advice Diploma.
Mr. Wakefield will continue to act as an observer to the Board for a transitional period to ensure continuity.
