San Leon Energy appoints Piotr Rozwadowski as a Non-Executive Director

– UK – San Leon Energy announces that it has appointed Piotr Rozwadowski to the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director, with immediate effect.

Piotr has over 25 years’ experience working in the energy sector in Poland and he was also a former Vice Minister of State for the Treasury in Poland where he was responsible for Energy and Telecoms.

Piotr has held senior positions with a number of companies in the Polish electrical and power sectors and is also President of the Board and Managing Director of Belos-PLP S.A., a leading Polish producer of components for overhead power lines and a subsidiary of the NASDAQ-listed Performed Line Products Company. Piotr has also worked as a consultant for AT Kearney and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants and was previously on the Board of Aurelian Oil & Gas plc, recently acquired by San Leon.

Piotr graduated with an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Silesian University of Technology in Poland and also holds an MBA from the University of Central Lancashire.

The Company also announces the resignation of Con Casey as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect. Con will be available to the Company in an advisory role going forward and the Board welcomes his continued involvement in the Company.
